Note: Academic, fiscal, and disciplinary records must indicate that former students seeking re-admission to HT were in good standing at the time of dropping/stopping out, or withdrawal.

Financial Aid
- Complete the free application for Federal Student Aid (FASFA)
- Select Huston-Tillotson University school code: 003577
- If selected for verification, you will receive an email from Financial Aid.
Health Services
Submit official immunization records to vaccinations@htu.edu
- One dose of Tetanus Diphtheria (Td or Tdap) within the last 10 years.
- 2 doses of Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR)
- 3 doses of Hepatitis B vaccine
- Current TB Test (PPD or TST - Skin or QFT quantiferon Gold); Current meaning less no more than one year old.
- Mengoncoccoal Vaccine (MCV4 preferred) - Also acceptable is MPSV4 and Menactra. Must be within the last five years.
Records & Registration
- Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
- Photograph and/or Virtual Image Release Form
- Disclosure of Directory Information
- Student Release Form
Business Office
- Pay 80% of tuition fees upon receiving Business Assessment
- Current TB Test (PPD or TST - Skin or QFT quantiferon Gold); Current meaning less no more than one year old.
New Student Orientation
- Register to attend RAM Training Camp (New Student orientation is mandatory)
